Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of Nexus Hub ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Nexus Hub lets you connect your Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts, prepare, schedule and publish content, and view statistics about your own accounts. Features may change over time.
2. Your account and connected platforms
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You authorize Nexus Hub to act on your behalf on a connected platform only within the permissions you approve on that platform. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account in Nexus Hub or in the platform's settings.
- You are responsible for keeping your Nexus Hub access secure.
3. Third-party platform terms
Your use of each connected platform remains subject to its own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use. Nexus Hub is not affiliated with these platforms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to send spam, to circumvent platform limits or rules, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Nexus Hub and for having the rights to it.
5. Availability and platform limits
The Service depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change, limit or suspend access at any time. We do not guarantee that a publication will succeed at a given time or that statistics will be complete or exact.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if a platform requires us to. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of audience, revenue or data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your accounts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
